New Features

Indeed. It’s an upgraded version of the DeliverEat you’re used to. So, while the core functionality is similar to the previous, but there some astonishing tweaks and new features provided to ease the diners in ordering of the food.
We had upgraded the filters, better layout, so that it brings a whole new experience in ordering food online. Yes, the new website is better and we promise to do our best to giving more features in it.

How it works

Our deliver services are available from 11am to 9pm daily.
Minimum order per outlet is RM 25.00. But, diners can enjoy lower minimum order at RM 15.00 ONLY, during noon period from 1pm to 5pm.
Step 1 - Select your location
Step 2 - Select your meals from the list of Restaurants
Step 3 - Minimum order at RM 25.00
Step 4 - Confirm order and make payment via credit card or cash.
Step 5 - Your meal is on the way!
You will receive a confirmation number and an email from us, stating the orders that you have selected.
All food preparations takes place at the restaurant that you have selected. DeliverEat will then deliver your selected meals from the restaurant, to YOU.

In the event that your meals do not arrive at your premise at the stipulated time, please contact us at (604) 6370488/89, (603) 27803883 and we will rectify the matter immediately.
Orders cannot be combined. Minimum order per outlet is RM25.
In the event that you have confirmed and submitted your orders, no cancellations are allowed.
Address Verification is an additional step for you to verify whether your address is correct or not. There is an added feature which allows you to PIN YOUR ADDRESS to make it more accurate. We take steps into making sure that your orders will reach to you at the earliest time and the most accurate address given.

Payments

We accept both cash & online card payments. Credit Card (VISA & Master), Maybank2U, Alliance Online, RHB, Hong Leong Online, FPX, Mobile Money, CIMB Click, Web Cash, MEPS Cash, PayPal. We also accept cash payments, diners can pay cash right after the rider had delivered the food to them personally.

Come rain or shine, we will deliver from 11am to 9pm daily. However, when it comes to extremely heavy rain pours, DeliverEat too wants to protect their delivery crew's safety, thus, delivery time might be extended slightly. We hope for your kind understanding on this matter.
Once our delivery crew arrives at your premise, we will give you a call. If there is no answer within 3 calls, orders are assumed to be cancelled. However upon your approval (please provide verification code to our delivery crew), we will leave the meals at the guardhouse or at your porch area.
NOTE: By giving out the verification code to our delivery crew, you are acknowledging that you have received the orders.
We appreciate that customers be at their premise after making orders.

Membership

DeliverEat Membership Points is a new added benefit to all our customer. It is a rewards program that allows all the customers to accumulate points on your everyday spending on any restaurants on www.delivereat.my and redeem those points for cash voucher that can be used to purchase for more delicious food on our website. Each RM1 spent on DeliverEat is worth 10 points, so what are you waiting for? Pickup your phone or use your computer and start order now!

When your points is sufficient to redeem the cash voucher (5000 points =RM5), the available cash voucher will be displayed in your membership account.

Membership is FREE.

Membership Point

DeliverEat Membership Points is a rewards program that allows all diners to accumulate points on your everyday spending on any restaurants on www.delivereat.my and redeem those points for cash vouchers.
You can use your accumulated membership points to redeem E Vouchers on DeliverEat, and purchase various food products from restaurants under our service using the E Vouchers. This ranges across with the value of each E Voucher that is redeemed.
The vouchers you can redeem from your points are vouchers of various values being RM5, RM10 and RM50 E-Vouchers.

You can apply the vouchers with their respective voucher codes you can obtain from your membership benefit section and then apply it onto your checkout page when you purchase products.
They are as of the following being RM5: 5,000 points, RM10: 10,000 points and RM50: 50,000 points.
For every single RM1 you spend (only inclusive of the pure cost of the food product excluding additional surcharges like delivery charges and admin fees.) you will get 10 points in return.
Points are only delivered to your account as soon as the order is completed as in the food is delivered to your settlement and the transaction is completed. If this still isn’t the case then please forward this issue to our customer support team who you can reach to by calling (604) 6370488/89, (603) 27803883.
Points will have an expiry period which prohibits you from keeping them for long period. So be sure to use up your points before they expire.

Privacy

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or social security number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers
